How serious is children to Christ? Look at Matthew 18..

The Greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven

18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

² He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. ³ And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. ⁴ Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. ⁵ And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.

Causing to Stumble

⁶ “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea...."

I'd say that's pretty serious. Lead your children TO Christ, do not let them grow deeper in the world!  Look around, listen to what's going on around the globe.  Forget the globe, look out your own backdoor.  Yes, the BACKDOOR..Satan isn't going to come knocking on the front.  The way of the world, slow, every so slightly infiltrating humankind.  IF YOU LET HIM!  IF you are ASLEEP! WAKE UP...just as Jesus told His disciples...and THAT is the very reason he said that...he's talking to YOU.

Do you want the world raising YOUR children, the very ones God gave YOU to raise?  Are you going to humble yourself and guide them to Jesus, the ONLY way to heavenly eternity?  Christian education is a WONDERFUL way to start I might add.
