Not Ashamed of Jesus!

Congratulations to David Stevenson and Frank Rapp on their baptisms! This week at Victory we baptized the young and the old. Frank has recently celebrated his 74th birthday and accepted Jesus just a few months earlier. Romans 2:11 (ESV) states, “For God shows no partiality.” He will save somebody regardless of age, ethnicity, or social class. God desires, as 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, to see none parish! Salvation is a free gift that Jesus has already paid for on the cross; you just have to come and accept Him. After salvation there is a genuine change. Dave told us that he now looks at scripture in a different light as the Holy Spirit speaks to his heart and that he is on fire for Jesus – ready to serve!
