Rededicating to Christ – Testimony from Deborah Mickel

As I look back over the years, I can see a big difference in me today than what I was when I was younger. I was saved in 1983. I attended church every Sunday and sang in the choir and was doing everything I thought I was suppose to be doing. I have been through a lot in my life from the loss of a child, mentally cruel parents and lots more. I have been in many car accidents and operations.

But my big change came when I started my spiritual Journey at Victory Baptist Church. My husband would always tell me that when we got close enough or moved back to the area he was going to go back to that church. It has been through Pastor Steve Breedlove that I have been able to see more of God in my life and have been able to look at things in a much different perspective. I have never been in a church that a Pastor has preached the word with such  passion and conviction as Pastor Steve.
Then my youngest daughter who was in that bad motorcycle accident and should have been killed is now back to normal and is working both of her jobs once again. God had his hand in that accident the whole time. That is the first time I have actually been able to see God in action even through all the years of being saved long ago. I am now determined to rededicate my life to the Lord and I want to be that inspiration for others and be of encouragement and spread the word of Jesus Christ to all I can. I know that sometimes it takes time to see the full potential of the Lord. But through all those at Victory Baptist Church and especially Jesus Christ my Savior, I can overcome anything. Thank you Lord for loving me and dying for my sins. Thank you Victory Baptist church family for your support and prayers. Love you all!
